Bubbles are 100% cotton. Fabrics are bonded and then stitched completely to the shirt. The edges of the appliqué will fray to the stitch line, but it is minimal and will just add to the cuteness factor!
Longer names may have smaller letters and the letter may overlap some in order to fit. Double names will be on two lines and letters will be smaller.
